Avoid heavy make-up (you can use mineral make-up as this doesn't block the skin)
For the first 24 hours:
No swimming, facial waxing or fake tan application.
Up-to 48 hours:
No saunas, sun beds or sun exposure. No Botox, collagen injections or dermal fillers.
For 72 hours:
Do not use any Anti-ageing creams, AHA's, glycolic's, retinol or exfoliating products.
At all times:
During a course, apply SPF 15 (at least) and avoid UV exposure. Regular moisturiser applications are vital to replenish the skin and prevent it becoming dry and peeling.
Drink plenty of water before and after treatments.
If your skin does feel hot, splash with cold water, pat dry and moisturise regularly with a gentle hydrating moisturiser such as Skinbase homecare with SPF. Skin may appear red after the treatment, especially if it is your first time having this treatment. This reaction is perfectly normal and any redness will generally subside within 72 hours.
